Marjorie Ballentine, Stella Adler’s most sought-after protégé, brings her unique vision to this one-of-a-kind masterful technique of script interpretation and its direct application to the actor’s performance. This exclusive intensive starts June 21, 2027, where she will guide actors through one of the classics.
Actors can enroll as performers or observers. This class is a fruitful and expansive course for actors, writers, and directors alike, with skills that can carry over into their respective professions.

- A detailed breakdown of the play’s theme
- The playwright’s point of view

How the class will run:
The first class begins with a lecture of the script breakdown derived directly from Stella Adler’s notes. In the following classes, Marjorie will direct actors’ assigned scenes and apply the skills of script interpretation to the rehearsal and performance process.
